Email hello@thrascher.com for an RMA before shipping. Approved returns go to our Nevada facility. Send your return within 14 days of approval.

- Confirmed damage, defect or incorrect item: Thrascher covers required return postage.
Refund timing
Inspection and eligible refund processing take 5–10 business days after the return is received. Refunds go to the original payment method; your provider may take additional time to display the credit.
