1. Order Cut-Off & Processing Schedule
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or during weekends and US federal holidays, begin processing on the following business day.
2. Handling & Packaging
Standard handling time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Every item undergoes a thorough quality inspection and is securely packaged prior to carrier pickup.
3. Transit & Total Delivery Timeframes
Standard transit time across the United States is 7 to 11 business days (Monday – Friday). Combined with handling, the total estimated delivery timeframe is 8 to 14 business days from order confirmation.
4. Where We Ship
We deliver to physical residential and commercial addresses throughout all 50 United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or outlying US territories. Please provide a complete physical street address at checkout.
5. Fulfillment & Dispatch Disclosure
THRASCHER is registered in the United Kingdom (21 Widgeon Close, London E16 3EF). To ensure prompt and secure delivery across the United States, customer orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly via our dedicated international logistics partner network; therefore, the package dispatch origin may differ from our registered business address. All orders include door-to-door tracking and are delivered with all customs duties prepaid (DDP).
6. Customs Duties & Taxes (Delivered Duty Paid — DDP)
All US orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable import duties, tariffs, and customs clearance charges are fully covered by THRASCHER. The price shown at checkout is final—you will never be asked to pay additional customs fees at delivery.
7. Tracking Telemetry
A tracking number and live tracking link will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at hello@thrascher.com within 14 days of delivery. We will immediately provide a free replacement or a full refund.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 14 business days, notify us immediately. We will launch a carrier trace and replace or fully refund your order if confirmed lost.
