All Thrascher prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Review your order total before confirming payment.

The cards, wallets and other payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. Options may vary by device, location and payment provider. If your preferred method is not displayed, choose one of the available options.

Prices, Shipping and Taxes

Currency: USD.
Standard shipping: free to eligible U.S. addresses, with no minimum order.
Import charges: Thrascher covers applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges through Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.
U.S. sales tax: any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment. Sales tax is separate from DDP import charges.

The checkout total shows the amount payable for your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees; ask your provider about any such charges. See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas and exclusions.

Payment Processing and Privacy

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment providers offered there. We can see transaction details needed to manage your order, including payment status and limited card information such as the last few digits. We do not receive your full card number through the standard checkout.

Read our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or verification codes by email or through our contact form.

Declined or Uncertain Payments

If your payment is declined, check your billing details and contact your payment provider. If you see a payment or pending authorization but have not received an order confirmation, contact us before attempting to place the same order again. Include your email and any order reference, but no sensitive payment credentials.

Cancellations and Refunds

Contact us before dispatch to request cancellation and a full refund. For eligible returns, inspection and refund processing take 5–10 business days after the return is received. Refunds are sent to the original payment method; your bank or provider may take additional time to display the credit.
