- Free standard shipping to physical street addresses in all 50 U.S. states.
- Handling: 1–3 business days. Transit: 7–11 business days. Estimated total: 8–14 business days from the applicable processing start date.
- Cutoff: 2:00 PM EST (UTC−5), Monday–Friday. Later orders, weekends and U.S. federal holidays start processing the next business day.
- International fulfillment. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are covered by Thrascher (DDP).

Returns
- Request an eligible return within 14 calendar days of delivery. No restocking fee.
- Contact hello@thrascher.com for an RMA before shipping. Approved returns go to our Nevada facility; dispatch within 14 days of approval.
- Change of mind: you pay domestic return postage. For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover required return postage.
- Inspection and eligible refund processing: 5–10 business days after the return is received, to the original payment method.
