Free standard shipping to physical street addresses in all 50 U.S. states.

Request an eligible return within 14 calendar days of delivery. No restocking fee.
Contact hello@thrascher.com for an RMA before shipping. Approved returns go to our Nevada facility; dispatch within 14 days of approval.
Change of mind: you pay domestic return postage. For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover required return postage.
Inspection and eligible refund processing: 5–10 business days after the return is received, to the original payment method.
