Use and Setup

For cold use, place the wrap in the freezer for at least 2 hours before putting it on.

1. Slide the cooled wrap over your knee and position it comfortably. Use for approximately 15–20 minutes.
2. For warm use, warm the wrap according to the included instructions.
3. Check the temperature before wearing the warmed wrap, position it comfortably, and use for approximately 15–20 minutes.

Materials and Care

The wrap is made with soft-touch stretch fabric and a reusable hot and cold gel core.

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow to air dry.
• Do not puncture the gel core or heat the wrap outside the included instructions.
